3:00 PM       Amateur Contest Judging
                      Cooking Demonstration - Sauces - How hot do you want it? (TENTATIVE)
5:00 PM       Peoples Choice Contest begins - Chili
5:00 PM       Bates Motel Band - Forgotten classic rock with a groove
4:30 PM      Cooking Demonstration - Doing it better in your own backyard

9:00 PM      Peoples choice ends (all ballots due)
